PPSSPP is the only (and, of course, the best) emulator of PSP for Android devices. Do you like the portable console of Sony? Then, with this program you will be able to play to any games in any smartphone or tablet Android.
The performance of the games will vary according the power of your device. Thus, if you have a mobile of low class, maybe you will have to limit to the most humble games in the PSP catalogue.

The ROMS for the games are not included in the program. You will need to look for them and download them, send them directly to the directory /PSP/GAME in you SD card (converted previously in files ISO o CSO). Or simply, you can play to the games homebrew free, available online.
