You can make video calls to all your contacts. No matter the platform you are using, as long as the app is installed in it. You can use it with iPhone, Windows Phone...etc. users.
It has other aspects that make it more practical, such as call preview. You will always know who is calling you and you can accept or refuse the call. The application goes faster if you use it with wifi or if your mobile has at least 3G and better if it has 4G. Remember that you might pay for data, so you should ask your service provider.
Now, you don't need to say "I'm fine" because the will see it in your face.
